Get in touch with Service Desk

My overdue bill has restricted my account, therefore I wanted to let you know. This limitation prevents me from reaching a live representative when I dial 150 or the 0345 number; instead, I get an automated payment line. Who are you to avoid communicating with your current clientele, Virgin?

    If you need to pay your bill quickly, here's a link where you can Pay Online. Once payment has been processed for an overdue amount, your services will be restored within 24 hours.
