Frustrating experience
I signed up last week to broadband and tv package, I want to add extra tv box and thought I could do it on the app. Nothing seems to work, the advisors on phone can’t do it and no one replies via the WhatsApp method. Been with sky for 20 years and beginning to regret hoping virgin. The app/website constantly says oops! When I do manage to log in it says I’m a secondary account holder and cannot access anything! Any advice?
