Anyone know how to follow up on any info regarding the free tv included in the package?
probably not the best time to sign up just before Christmas but the Black Friday sale was the reason we signed up!
(on top of the 1gbps fibre)

VM don't have a free TV package.
You may be thinking of the Flex TV offering which is £5 a month, on a 30-day rolling contract, plus the cost of any additional channel packs and subscriptions you choose. A one-off activation fee of £10 applies.
The free to all channels which are included in the £5 monthly cost for the box are shown in column 1 on the following page /virgin-tv-edit/tips-and-tricks/flex-channel-guide . The Essential Entertainment channels shown in column 2 can be added for an extra £15 per month.
Sorry I completely misread your post and hadn't realised you were asking about a free TV and not a free TV service
