First bill missing compensation

I have recently been sent my first Virgin Media bill after joining as a new customer in June.

My installation was delayed by 6 full days due to a local cabinet issue, which according to Ofcom means £5.25 compensation. My service was then installed on Friday 14th June.

There is no sign of that at all on the bill, how do I go about getting it added?

    VM has 30 days to credit your account from the date your service was activated under the auto comp rules.

    There is a high probability you will have to chase it once the time limit has expired.

    goslow's advice is correct 🤗 If the 30 days go by and you still do not have the compensation credit then feel free to come back here and we will chase it up for you.

      31 days since I went live, still no compensation unfortunately.
