Fantastic engineer
The survey link does not work which is ironic really but I would like to take the opportunity to credit the engineer who came to install virgin this weekend. He was polite and efficient and when he realised our cable had been cut somewhere he arranged the contractors to come the next day ro put a new one in. He left his direct number so if any issues they or I could contact him. They did indeed require his help, he came back to check it after they'd left because I still had no signal and ensured they returned this morning to do it how he asked. He asked for updates and offered to come round if I still had issues. Absolutely top man. His ID is 25258 and his name is Admir. Thank you so much.
