Extend cancellation date

Hi, I have a cancellation going through on my account on the 04/04/2024. Something has happened and is there any chance we can put this cancellation back a week or so? Thanks

    If the cancellation/disconnection is yet to complete then you can request to delay it if you wish. Have you discussed that with the retentions team on 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media landline) yet?
