Exclusive Offer ?

I,ve been a Virgin customer for over 20 years and have just received an email offering me the chance to "Claim your exclusive offer" to renew my contract and lock in a new fixed price.

All looked good until I got to the very end of the email which said 

Just a heads up that customers who have Maxit TV will no longer get TNT Sports included when recontracting with this offer. To carry on getting TNT I will now have to pay an extra £18 a month, which doesn't sound like much of an offer

    Hi Stevesue, thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear you feel this way 😔

    Mega TV, which has replaced Maxit TV, no longer includes TNT Sports.

    If you were to renew your contract with a Mega TV bundle, you would need to have TNT Sports included as an add-on in order to keep it.
