Email being different to the one I used

I have tried to link my vm account to my ID so I can use the online website however whenever I try it says that I’m using a different email to the one I put in, it’s been persistent for a few days now.

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced setting up you VMO2 ID. We can see you have already raised this in a different thread we have replied to, we ask to not raise the same issues across multiple threads as this can cause issues and delays to getting a response and support.
