Email addresses do not match error

I'm having the exact same issue. When I try to set up an account for my new broadband contract I get the 'Email addresses do not match error'. Then when I go through the 'forgot my email' route, I see the "[object Object]" error. Please help thanks.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues setting up your online account. When you're being advised that 'email addresses do not match,' are you referring to the email address you're submitting to one online account in comparison to an account you already have?
