Email address still connected to old account.

Received modem yesterday and plugged everything in, apparently excellent signal but no connection. Tried to log in to the connect app and it says my account has been closed so I can't sign into any of my virgin accounts new or old.

  • Hi Martin, the hub is still flashing a red light. And no Internet connection
