Email about contract

I have received an email saying I am out of contract. When I spoke to the team about cancelling they informed me it would be a £65 early termination fee and to ignore the email. I am looking to leave - can anyone from the forum team help?

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

    I am so sorry to hear that you have faced this issue registering a cancellation! Can I ask if you have a date coming up for the end of contract or if this has passed now and you are fully out of contract? As long as you are allowing for the 30 days notice period, and you are fully out of your contract there should not be an early termination fee.

    Hi Ashleigh,

    I am not 100% sure as the email stated I am out of contract, however, the agent said I wasn't!
