I’ve been handed my notice for the house I rent due to landlord not being happy he has to fix damp,mould faults etc. I’ve asked Virgin if I can cancel my contract but was told it would be £323 to cancel. I’ve got a young daughter and I’m a single to mum so i obviously don’t have that money while trying to find a house asap. Is there a way around this or a way to get the price reduced does anybody know?

What package are you on and when did the contract actually commence for you?
If you actually move to a house that is outside the VM service range, then any disconnection charges are "waived".
