E-mail in use - Unable to create a new Virgin Media account
Hi
I recently obtained broadband and created a Virgin media account
but my address was one digit out.
I advised Virgin they changed the address and now I've been given a new account number but my email address is associated with my old account number and incorrect address and I'm unable to sign in with my new account number under the Virgin media app, would anyone know how to rectify this?
