Downgraded to Netflix with ads without agreement
Hi, I have the same issue that it looks like a number of others have posted. I recently extended my contract which went fine, but then about a week later I received an email stating our Netflix is being downgraded to Netflix with ads. I did not agree to this, and I’ve double-checked the contract I just agreed to, which states Netflix standard is included as before. Please could this be looked into?
