Downgraded package - billing query
Hi, my contract ends on 29 April and I cancelled tv and landline on 29 March. I will have broadband only from 30 April.
I have my new contract on email. It states my bill will be £193 on 30 April followed by credit of £137 on 30 May followed by normal bill of £29 from June onwards. Absolutely crazy billing system by the way but anyway.
On checking my bill on the virgin media app today, the 30 April bill, which was generated after my changes were agreed, shows £228 with full tv and landline package for 30 April to 29 May. Not the £193 I was informed it would be.
Can someone look into this discrepancy please and confirm my contract changes are still as agreed? Online chat is beyond useless, it constantly crashes and is like trying to communicate with a recorded script and I’d rather not spending 6 hours on the phone.
