Double-payments Taken
Hi,
My issue is regarding a recent payment being taken twice on my Virgin Media account.
A payment was automatically taken from my bank account yesterday even though I had already made a payment 2 weeks ago using a separate bank account. I have not set up a direct debit.
Since I have not set up a direct debit why was this payment still taken, and also in spite of already having paid and received confirmation of paying this bill. In addition, will this happen with future transactions. Is there a way for this double payment to be refunded or will it be credited towards my next bill?
