Disney+ free 3 mth offer & cancelling.

I signed up with Virgin in early December and was offered the Disney+ 3 mth free. I read the T&C’s and it said Virgin would email me 30 days before the subscription ended to enable cancellation. Nice I thought. It never happened. I then tried getting through the AI phone system; which kept asking for password details. I finally got to speak to someone who said it actually was the memorable word!
I reset this and was told to wait 24hrs and they would call me back. 48 hrs later I try to get through on the phone. No go as 20 minute wait. Finally after trying for literally days, I spoke with someone who said they would cancel it for me and refund any charges from Disney. Great
Not great, March 2nd bill includes the Disney + monthly subscription. So I gather my email I got when it was cancelled, account and password details and try to get through to someone again. Nightmare and again when I eventually get past AI the lady says ‘You have to cancel with Disney+’ !!!
I can’t get back into the account as it’s cancelled I say. Oh yeah says she. Now being told tge fee will be removed, that she has let IT know the problem??? (Something in the background not working properly were their words). And I’m to wait for another call back. Not great service and can’t leave as the broadband is working!
