Disney +

Hia all. I'm trying to get my service upgraded to have Disney+. I have done this via the chat system and they said they have put it on for me. 

But not received the activation email they said I need. Asked them 3 times today but nothing. Even doubled checked the email etc. Nothing in the email folders.

Any Ideas??I do have a 360 box

    Package changes, add ons actioned over the phone are usually enabled immediately, however any other method can take up to 10 days as they are completed manually by the back office team.

      When I phoned them they said that they couldn't add it as they didn't have authority. 

      It's amazing this days how a simple thing can't be done

        Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues when trying to get Disney + added to the account. We can understand the frustration caused. We can see you very recently contacted our team on this issue and they were able to advise. Do you need any further help on this?
