Disgusting customer service
I've been with Virgin media since NTL world days, today I called to ask for a downgrade on my package as I had to take early retirement due to unforeseen circumstances and due to this, I'm having financial difficulties but got told I signed a contract till July next year and therefore they couldn't do anything.
Surely a company this size could show some compassion in these kinds of circumstances.
Once my contract runs out I'll be well out of it and won't look back.
Absolutely shocking customer service!!
