Disconnected in error
Virgin diaconnected our service in error. We have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve since 8:30 am Wednesday and were told it would be up to 48 hours to reconnect. It is now beyond the 48 hours and still not reconnected and Virgin have been very unhelpful. This is the third day unable to work (from home) and we can't afford more loss of work through this Virgin issue. When and how can we get reconnected!?
