Different invoice address to delivery

I have spent over an hour to try and speak to someone to have my virgin media broadband account “billing” address changed

i would like this for 2 reasons

My company pays my internet (and my mobile)

I would like to activate the Volt benefits (I need the address to match my O2)

 

burnt can’t get anyone to understand the difference in “billing” and service delivery address

 

Can anyone help me achieve this and activate VAT invoices?

      Residential 

      Inalso need to update billing address details and enable VAT and invoicing
