Delivery issues

Joined VM on 1.12.24 told would arrive by 3rd dec and naff all, got the run around and load of [MOD EDIT: Language] about warehouse issues !!! Anyone had succes getting it solved from these clowns before i tell them get stuffed 😡😡 not good for new customer 

  • Mate, honestly **bleep** service by VM, I'm still still waiting for my router, nothing on yodel website. It states till with sender.

      VM customer service team have no clue when this will be delivered .. as per my conversation with various people in customer service team it will likely to be delivered by end of Jan 2025 or longer . VM cleverly gave yodel tracking number for all deliveries and blaming Yodel for the delay but the actual issue is with VM. . It’s better to move to different service provider rather than fighting with these clowns

    We're very sorry for the delay. It's correct there was a warehouse issue.

    Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated.

    Have you received any new tracking information from the courier service?

      Hi Vikki,

       

      I'm having the same issue in that it was due on 12th Dec and I spoke to someone on the day as had arranged for someone to take the day off and be there and while I was talking to them, I got a text message saying "sorry it's delayed" and the person I was speaking to said "you want it today, it's coming today, there's no problem" when I read out the text message. I know it wasn't you but that was a bit of a joke! I've not had any further information and never received a thing from Yodel either. Do you have any idea how long the delays are please? It's a bit ridiculous that I'm finding out about delays due to warehouse issues from a community post I happened to find 😕. Please help!
