Hi, trying to access my websafe settings and everytime I log in on both the app and the website, I end up with DEF01 error, been like this since I had the package set up, a month ago.

Can you confirm was the package a new account set up or a change in package? Have you been able to set up an online account?

It was a new account, I have an account and everything, everytime I go to access my settings it takes me to completing your profile, and DEF01 is the error when I try to answer the questions
