Deactivated Account
Don't know if anybody else has had this problem.
Around 3 years ago I had an account, I missed a few payments then I cancelled the direct debits. Now after a difficult time i'm looking to improve my credit score by paying back the amount that is still standing on the account, the main issue is the account has been deactivated so I cannot log into it, i called up to virgin media who advised me that I cannot pass security as I do not know when my next direct debit is due, after advising several times that I do not have an upcoming direct debit planned, they advised that I failed and I should call back to see if I can pass security next time, my answer will always be the same, so by that logic I will never be able to pass security. I have my name, my email, my account number at the time and the area reference.
Please help!
