I have a metal cabinet directly outside my house, its attached to my front garden wall. The bottom has a large rusty hole with protruding metal. My Grandson has cut his leg on this metal. I've reported it and provided details via the Virgin phone number which auto asks for information. I want to speak to someone at virgin urgently!! I may need to involve a solictor! Does anyone have a number I can speak to someone at Virgin?

If nothing happens very quickly from VM the best thing is to get onto your local council, they can then chase VM on a ‘health & safety’ issue.
VM came out quickly to remove the protruding metal and put a fence around the box. There was a delay in the main repair / fix due to the Easter holidays. They arrived today to replace the rusted (side) cabinet.
