Cut off in error

Hi. New first post here.  Basically Virgin have cut off my package in error. It was scheduled but I requested it be put back until end of next month and that hasn’t happened. So now left without any services - any advice? Tried calling earlier but on for hours. I work from home and this is a huge inconvenience to us all no tv or broadband now. Reason I rescheduled was my new provider deal fell thru so was still looking at all options. Help!

  • you guys finally made my final date 30.1.25 added four days on but confirmed due to complaint added £20 cr so I was like fine closed complaint now received email about being charged £35 bill about being charged for February month what is going on now I will be taking this to the ombudsman. I'm meant to be getting cut off from my virgin done my contract even got notification yet they still trying to bill me these guys honestly.

      Hi surinder101,

      Thank you for reaching out to us, when you give notice bills will continue as normal up to the point the services go off, once they have there will be a final bill generated, this will remove anything charged past the day the services go off.

        hi are you able to support me with my issue? Apparently services are reinstated and I’m sure they’re charging me from today but I still have no wifi or tv or landline!
