I need to speak to someone as well please. Your customer service is a nightmare. I have paid for a new Broadband and I don't have an account number yet, hence the phone AI is impossible to use. Having to register here hoping to get support is unacceptable. This is a real nightmare and I will probably cancel using the 14 days deadline.
I am supposed to receive a parcel but I want to change the location. There is no way to track or do anything.
Can I speak to someone please ??
