Customer Service

I need to speak to someone as well please. Your customer service is a nightmare. I have paid for a new Broadband and I don't have an account number yet, hence the phone AI is impossible to use. Having to register here hoping to get support is unacceptable. This is a real nightmare and I will probably cancel using the 14 days deadline. 
I am supposed to receive a parcel but I want to change the location. There is no way to track or do anything. 
Can I speak to someone please ??

    Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they can help.  If they can't change the delivery address perhaps they can change the delivery date for when you'll be in the property.
