Customer account number linked with email address I can no longer access

My customer account number is currently linked to old email that I no longer have access to. When I eneter my customer account number it says it will send verification email to old address (which I no longer have access to click link in). Because of that I can't change my personal details or memorable word (which I can't remember to get through verification when calling support)

I managed to create a new VMo2 account with new email address that I have access to, but can't link my services with it. Is anyone able to help me unlink my old email from customer account number so I can link it again with new email?
