Credit Report Query

Hi

I have just realised that i have a default on my credit report from july 2024 which has come as a shock to me i have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with yourselves and have always paid by bills monthly via direct debit on time and i have proof of this. I would appreciate if someone can have look into this for me asap i have just been send my report from my mortgage advisor and it shows i have a default of £46 i have never been in debt with virgin media and payments have always been taken from my account at the dates which has been arranged. Matter of fact there has been times when i was overcharged and money was reimbursed to me with apologies by virgin media.
