Credit on account

not been with virgin long.

But i`m confused by my bills so far on my first bill i`ve got no payment to make and a £65.00 credit added .

second bill i`ve got to make a payment and the credit seems to of vanished.

is there some way someone could give me some help with this as i`m a little confused.

    Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your account billing at the moment. This sounds like the credit that was applied to your account has covered the previous bill and now the credit will have been used up, you would revert to paying the normal monthly amount. Does your first bill show that the credit was applied? Please also check our billing help page here for more advice about your billing. If you're still not happy after checking that we can look into your issues via private message.
