Cooling off period
Dear Forum team,
I recently completed my 18 month contract and then signed up for a new contract. However, within the 14 day cooling off period, I had changed my mind and asked Virgin to put me on a monthly rolling contract. The customer agent I spoke to over the phone assured me that he had put me on a rolling contract.
However, on checking my account online it says that I have 18 months remaining in the contract. I am slightly worried now whether the customer agent did what I had asked him to do.
Is this something someone from the forum team could help verify please? I would like to be on a monthly rolling contract so that I can cancel the service, if needed, with a month's notice.
