Contract

signed up for Virgin media agreed to the contract and haven’t received any emails since agreeing to the contract. Haven’t a welcome email or nothing not even an account number

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

    After signing up for services, the team will usually make some final checks and it can take a few days for these to complete. If you've not received an order confirmation then it may be that the email address was entered incorrectly. We can check things this end to see what's what 😊

    In order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security so I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you're using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you're on a mobile/tablet device then instead, click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
