Contract
I renewed my contract on the 11th November 2023. I have no problem with it, quite happy. However, I still get the message " Looks like it's time to renew your contract " every time I log in to the Virgin web page for email on my windows laptop. That message is annoying as I have already renewed. I only use the Virgin email addresses on my laptop, not on my phone or tablet, I have a Gmail address for them. I have tried to see if I can stop this happening, first on the chat system which took all day and got nowhere and today on the phone, also got nowhere. Frustrating!
Any ideas anyone?
