Contract

I renewed my contract on the 11th November 2023. I have no problem with it, quite happy. However, I still get the message " Looks like it's time to renew your contract " every time I log in to the Virgin web page for email on my windows laptop. That message is annoying as I have already renewed.  I only use the Virgin email addresses on my laptop, not on my phone or tablet, I have a Gmail address for them. I have tried to see if I can stop this happening, first on the chat system which took all day and got nowhere and today on the phone, also got nowhere. Frustrating!

Any ideas anyone?

    I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with an annoying pop-up. I know you advised that you use your laptop to access your account. Have you tried different browsers? Have you cleared your cache? Does this happen when you use it on different devices or on the My VM app? Let us know so we can narrow down what is causing this!
