Contract will not stay at the price agreed!

I was offered a contract for £57 (offer 100154008245) on 14th October, which I accepted. Then Virgin bumped it to £67 without notice. Then after being contacted they agreed it was £57 but didn't change anything! I paid £67 in December and got a refund (by cheque!) after badgering them on the endless whatsapp link. Would you believe in January it has charged £67 again! Do I have to contact Virgin once a month,m every month for 18 months to get 18 refund cheques! Every person I contact on Virgin's Whatsapp says they've fixed it; everyone has not. So fed up.
