Contract terminated

My contract is now terminated & I have received an email about returning equipment.  I have a Hub3 and Arris set top box to return but the email also mentions a Cisco box which I’ve never held. How do I make sure that I’m not charged for equipment I don’t have?

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
