Contract different than pre contract

My contract is coming to an end. I logged in to my account and got an offer for £46 for 1gb plus O2 SIM card. I went through with it, got pre contract documents with what said above and today I received an email that my contract will be £75 from next month. I just got scammed and can't get through to anyone through phone or chat. This is unbelievable and unacceptable! How do I contact anyone to get what I signed up for in a first place?
