Contract change
I recently cancelled my TiVo and phone to have broadband only. The new contract started on the 22 May. I had an email stating I would pay £3 and get £14 refund. However, I've received a bill for £147 which is the price for my package before I changed it. My contract in my account states broadband only, £52 and the TiVo signal has gone off. Thank you.
