I have signed contract on 9th of July
Engineer installed everything on Tuesday 16th of July.
So when my cooling off period will finish?
Also, can I cancel contract through website or i need to call you?
And how much time I have to send equipment and how, and where?

Thanks for posting in regards to your services and the cooling off period for cancellation. We understand the concern and appreciate you asking via the forums.
The cooling off period if 14 days from the date of installation/activation. From what you have advised and the dates given this would look to be the 30 July to cancel without fee's.
Is there a reason you're looking to cancel or anything we can assist with?
