contract and package are different
I was paying £23.90 a month for my broadband (M100), boosted with Volt, so I was getting around M250. I renewed my contract for the same deal but at £20 per month. On my contract, it does show the correct information, but initially, my speed dropped to M50 and was boosted to M100 with Volt.
I contacted support to tell them my speed did not match my contract. They fixed it by boosting my speed, so now I am getting the correct speed of M250.
My problem is that visually, on my account, it still shows my package as being M50. I was looking at the Black Friday sale and checking how much it would cost to boost my speed, but I can't do it because the boost would bring it from M50 to M100, which is what I am already on.
