Contract / complaints
Hi I have been having problems with my contract. Got offered a renewal although I only had just had a new one in Dec24.
I clicked and went through the process to see what it was and got the contract due to it being a better deal but it completely got messed up and was saying I was paying more than I should be.
Spoke with two agents on the phone both couldn't help me and said go to the complaints team.
Did that and the complaint got signed off and closed without even getting in touch with me! Made another complaint and again said they tried to contact me but all I got was email stating this and asked if I could send them the contract I was offered and signed yet gave me no forwarding link or email to send them.
Does anybody know the email address so that I can forward the contract?
