Contact renewal issue

 I had a contract offer via my virgin media app. I needed to check if it included netflix so I called Virgin and it did actually include netflix. 

I took screen shots in my app as I wanted to discuss the price with my wife but when I have gone back into the app today its since gone up in price.

    Yes. The deals are always take it or leave it. If you go back later they know you're keen and they will push up the price.

    If you do go back, make sure you know which level of Nextflix is included
