Complaint regarding change of address

I joined VM earlier in the year and had to pay in advance of contract to have VM set up. I then moved home a few months later. Done on phone (after multiple attempts at calls and web chat) and was told no problem all done, service will connect on X date and you're good to go. 

Notification received, £84ish payment due on.. NEW CONTRACT. No mention of a new contract, I did not agree to this in any way shape or form and it was not communicated to me in any way shape or form until auto emails appeared. 

Since then its been an absolute bloody debacle numerous calls and hours and hours of chats that disconnect. Your agents cant even sing from the same sheet when it comes to GDPR/DPA checks. 

Also noted today, VM have robbed me of 4 months of 18 month offer. The new contract started in August 2024 states offer ends October 2025. That's 14 months which means you've taken the offer from when I initially joined VM. Is the plan to see if people don't notice so you can charge the non offer price for 4 months??? 

I give up trying to speak to overseas agents about this. I need someone to take note and action on this now so moderators please feel free to contact me.
