Combine Broadband & TV accounts with Mobile

I just moved everything over to Virgin, but I have two accounts: (1) Broadband & TV and (2) Mobile.

I have tried to add and/or combine accounts in the customer portal/dashboard, but nothing works; static or button is missing to continue. Virgin Mobile - How can I add your service to my dashboard/portal?

    All previous VM mobile accounts are now managed separately by O2.  You can use the O2 app to manage your mobile account.  It cannot be added to your My VM account.

    You can create a combined username so that you use the same login details for the VM account and the O2 account.
