Closure of Account
Hi.
I changed providers yesterday (24 April) (away from VM) and my account is now live with my new provider. When will Virgin Media update my online account to show that it is no longer active?

Hi Sabrina, Yes I can confirm that everything is up and running as of 11am yesterday morning.
In addition I have returned your VM router + power supply, cables, etc, in the carton supplied.
