Closing bill

My closing bill has just been sent to me as £47!! Despite me talking to them and them confirming that I would be charged £2.47 and then repeatedly confirming this. Who do I raise this with? I cannot query the bill as it just tells me my accounts closed so I have nothing to query. I will go to the ombudsman if they do not resolve this quickly.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. If a 2nd to last bill is generated before the cancellation, then the agent would be correct, as they would be advising you of the closing balance. I'll send you a PM to explain.
