In October I got in touch to check the address change procedure. I was informed to fill out the form 30 days in advance, so I did it. I moved in November and I still don't have internet. I stopped paying in December. I tried contacting you numerous times. Now this other called INCOME company calls me 20 times a day to threaten me as I’m committed a crime! I'M NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T USE!!!
