As the title says, help or suggestions please! I am locked out of the email (thanks gmail) that is associated with my Virgin account. How do I change the email without access to that specific email?

We're sorry to hear you no longer have access to the email address you have registered as your login to My VM. Usually you'll need to click a verification link in order to change the email address. We can see if it's something we can bypass for you from here. In order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
