I have just recently moved to China, and my parents are letting my house to tenants. As I was unable to cancel my contract before I left (it was still in the minimum term), could someone please tell me how to change the billing details so that the tenants can pay for it? Thank you.

You can't transfer VM accounts to other people, however you can amend the direct debit details.
Be aware though that even if you change the direct debit details so that the tenants pay instead of yourself, YOU wiill still be responsible for the account.

As mentioned by newapollo we do not transfer accounts however you can amend the direct debit details as seen here You are still liable for the account and any actions on the account as the account holder. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any further help.
