changed my contract with virgin media

Hello i changed my contract two weeks ago as my old contract ran out, my new contract did not have TNT sport so i added it to my package but i am still unable to view TNT sport.

how long does it normally take for a package to be added to my account have tried to contact virgin media bt phone but unable to get through to them without waiting for a long time on the phone.
