Change of address - Early Disconnection Fee
Hi Molly,
I found your post here and took a sigh of relief in the hope that you could sort me out as well.
I am in a similar situation where I have had to move out of my current address as the rent has gone through the roof, and moving to a cheaper house to make ends meet.
The new address is not serviceable by Virgin Media. I am six months into the contract and have been asked adamantly by your customer service agents to pay 150 euros as cancellation fee.
From your reply, it seems I just need to get the form to fill and send proof of new address. Could you please help me with this I will be greatful!
